A broken USB port on your computer is not fun at all. And connecting heavy objects to your computer via USB can cause damage to the USB port. I started to notice that my USB hub is too heavy and causing the USB port on my computer to bend.
The fix is very easy and affordable. It’s the metal clamp which you can find in almost any hardware store such as Homedepot or Lews.

Buy large metal clamp from AmazonAll you need to do is to hook the clamp to the side of your computer table as shown in the picture above. And, slip the USB wire through the clamp to loosen it a little bit and to relief the pressure from the USB port.
